What is eSIM?
An eSIM is an electronic SIM-card that is embeded in the mobile device. An eSIM will come in the form of an integrated SIM chip that cannot and need not be removed from a device to overcome the physical SIM card that has been slotted into the phone from a long time.



The eSIM allows consumers to store multiple operator profiles on a device simultaneously. And switch between them remotely. 

 Difference between SIM and eSIM

eSIM is digital when the regular SIM is physical in state. The regular SIM require physical SIM slot when the eSIM is already fixed with the new mobile.
